Position Overview

Epic Escapes Travel is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Adventure Travel Specialist to join our remote team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about travel, outdoor experiences, and helping clients plan exciting adventures around the world.

As an Adventure Travel Specialist, you will assist clients in planning and booking unique travel experiences such as adventure excursions, outdoor vacations, cruises, guided tours, and destination getaways. You will work closely with travelers to create personalized itineraries that match their interests, activity level, and travel goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel interests and adventure preferences

• Plan and book adventure-based travel experiences including guided tours, excursions, cruises, and destination travel

• Research destinations, activities, and travel experiences to create personalized itineraries

• Provide recommendations for outdoor adventures such as hiking, snorkeling, wildlife tours, cultural experiences, and exploration trips

• Manage travel reservations, accommodations, transportation, and excursions

• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support before and during travel

• Stay informed on travel trends, adventure destinations, and supplier promotions
